In less dense areas and low-density pockets of very dense zones, the mutualization point (PM) is where an operator deploying FttH network gives access to other operators. The area behind a PM (ZAPM) covers premises served by the downstream network.

This view shows FttH coverage rates by ZAPM in low-density pockets and less dense zones. In high-density pockets, access is at building entry, with coverage displayed at IRIS level. ZAPMs appear when the PM is available to third-party operators; if no premises are connectable, the contour is dashed, and some ZAPMs may be missing if operators didn't send data to Arcep.

When zoomed to neighborhood level, addresses from infrastructure operators appear as colored dots indicating deployment status: studies done, programmed, connectable on demand, under deployment, or deployed. Detailed status is in tooltips per Interop'Fibre terminology, with coordinates from operators' IPE data.

Data at building and commune level is on data.gouv.fr under Open License, and the map is CC-BY-SA. This tool helps track the 94.9% fiber coverage achieved in 2026.
