This platform aims to extend the benefits of AI-driven feedback loops, previously seen in code generation, to broader organizational tasks.

Cloudflare OS provides a secure environment where agents can understand company context, access relevant systems, and perform work that aligns with the organization's mission. The platform allows for the creation of documents, slides, automated tasks, and data visualization apps. It also fosters a shared library of company knowledge, terminology, and best practices, enabling collective learning and efficiency.

Initially tested internally with thousands of employees across various departments, Cloudflare OS has been rebuilt on a new foundation emphasizing security and governance. The open-sourced version allows any organization to deploy, customize, and connect it to their internal systems. Key features include an agent workspace with an isolated runtime, a robust security framework for data access, and a platform for building and sharing personalized applications.

The platform facilitates research, content creation, collaborative app development, and deterministic workflows. It integrates with existing systems through Gatekeepers and MCP servers, while a new security model ensures agents and apps start with no access, requiring explicit authorization for resource utilization.
