Cloudflare Lets Agents Provision Accounts and Deploy Without Humans

Cloudflare just removed the last major bottleneck in autonomous agent deployment. Starting today, coding agents can provision Cloudflare accounts, register domains, and deploy production applications without human intervention beyond initial permission granting. Users sign in once, accept terms, and their agent handles the rest—from account creation to purchasing domains to getting API tokens for deployment.

The system works through a new protocol co-designed with Stripe as part of the Stripe Projects launch. Agents discover available services via catalog queries, receive authorization through the platform's identity attestation, and obtain payment tokens—never seeing raw credit card details. A $100/month default spending limit prevents runaway costs, with users able to set budget alerts on their accounts.

Cloudflare is offering $100,000 in credits to new startups incorporating via Stripe Atlas. Any platform with signed-in users can integrate similarly, positioning this as a potential industry standard for agent-driven cloud provisioning. The agent goes from literal zero—no account, no tokens, no domain—to a deployed production app in one automated workflow.
