With a team of five, they scaled to a $2 million annualized run rate in just a few months and are now hiring an AI Agent Engineer to help reach $10 million within the next year.

The role involves building voice AI infrastructure in Live Kit, designing real-time voice agent architecture, and owning end-to-end prompting strategy including conversation flows, compliance-safe phrasing, and guardrails. The engineer will develop testing frameworks, optimize ASR/STT/TTS and turn-taking, and build scalable systems supporting millions of voice interactions. They will also migrate client implementations from legacy infrastructure and develop prompt tooling with versioning and monitoring.

Candidates need 2+ years in voice AI or prompt engineering and 3+ years in backend engineering, with strong Node.js, AWS, and SQL skills. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 plus equity of 0.25% to 1%.
