Researchers from New York University and City University of London are actively recruiting software developers for an in-depth study on how AI tools are reshaping their daily work. The project, seeking participants of all seniority levels including leaders, aims to understand the practical adoption and resistance to AI in development environments. Interviews, conducted via Zoom and lasting 45-60 minutes, will explore individual workflows, AI tool usage patterns, and the evolution of developers' roles over time.
