PDC Group specializes in debt recovery and legal services for landlords and residential property managers, covering unpaid service charges and ground rent. Queen's Park Equity (QPE) has completed the acquisition of PDC Group through portfolio platform Canford Group, marking the platform's first bolt-on since QPE's initial investment in December 2025. The deal combines Canford Law with PDC to formally establish Canford Group, a diversified, tech-enabled specialist legal services platform.

PDC comprises three entities — Property Debt Collection, PDC Law and PDC Conveyancing — operating across the full debt recovery lifecycle for landlord and residential property manager clients recovering unpaid service charge and ground rent. PDC's senior leadership team, led by managing director Reece Wheeldon, will remain in place and retain a significant equity stake, with the business continuing to operate under its own brand. PDC becomes Canford Group's third vertical, alongside Canford Law and Canford Law Scotland.

Alex Mc Rae, an investor at QPE, stated the acquisition is a clear strategic fit that diversifies the Group's end markets, deepens its customer base, and adds real scale to the platform. PDC's housing-focused capabilities are expected to diversify Canford's end-market exposure and offer revenue synergy potential across the group's services.
