Incline Equity Partners investiert in The Conrad Company

Incline Equity Partners has invested in The Conrad Company (TCC), a value-added distributor and service provider of fluid power, motion control, automation, and related industrial products based in York, Pennsylvania. No financial terms were disclosed. TCC supplies pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, lubrication, and compressed air products to manufacturing plants, food and beverage facilities, and industrial customers, serving both OEMs and end users with technical service and repair capabilities.

Michael Antonelli, managing director at Incline, highlighted TCC's technical product expertise and high-quality service supporting long-term customer relationships. Incline plans to expand into adjacent offerings organically and through strategic M&A. TCC has operated for 58 years, and CEO Seth Bray said the partnership will enable investment in sales and technical teams.

Incline is a mid-market private equity firm targeting growing businesses with enterprise values of $25 million–$750 million across services, value-added distribution, software and technology, and specialized light manufacturing.
