Joshua Van retained his flyweight title with a unanimous decision win over Alexandre Pantoja in their rematch at UFC 331 in Los Angeles. The 24-year-old from Myanmar defeated Pantoja, who had previously won via accidental elbow dislocation in December 2025. Van, the first UFC champion born in the 2000s, improved his record to 18-2 after dominating the fight with effective striking and takedown defense.

In the co-main event, Arman Tsarukyan earned a first-round knockout over Mauricio Ruffy to call for a lightweight title shot against Justin Gaethje. Casey O'Neill also won via armbar submission over Eduarda Moura, marking her return after a 17-month knee injury layoff. The event also confirmed the lineup for UFC 334 at Madison Square Garden, where interim heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane will face Josh Hokit for the undisputed title after Tom Aspinall's vacancy.

Bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison is set to defend against two-weight champ Amanda Nunes in the co-main event of UFC 334.
