New Heritage Capital has invested in Carepoint Pharmacy, according to a news release. Carepoint, founded in 2012 and based in Schaumburg, Illinois, combines pharmacy dispensing with patient access hub services. Heritage, founded in 2006 and based in Boston, is a private equity firm pursuing private IPO, management buyout, and growth capital transactions.

It invests in healthcare and a few other sectors, targeting platforms with $4 million to $30 million in EBITDA and investing $20 million to $100 million or more. Terms were not disclosed.
