Hull continued their unbeaten start to the Premier League season after an entertaining 2-2 draw at Chelsea. Morgan Rogers got the hosts in front after seven minutes, drilling home at the near post inside the area after he was played in by João Pedro. It was the first time the hosts had been breached in the league this season, which took some four matches to achieve, but they weren't to be shaken after going behind.

A six-minute brace from Mohamed Belloumi turned the game on its head -- the equaliser a low, drilled finish after an awkward bounce beat Jorrel Hato, before a strike from the edge of the area took a deflection, leaving Emi Martínez helpless as Hull moved ahead thanks to two goals the hosts will know were completely preventable. Pedro got the hosts level in the second half after firing home from a Cole Palmer cutback which beat two defenders, setting up an entertaining closing spell as both sides had chances to score a winner. The game was end to end in the second half as Reece James struck the post from a free-kick, before Martínez spilled a Regan Slater shot into path of Oli Mc Burnie -- but did well to recover and deny him at the second time of asking.

Palmer found Rogers with a slick pass in behind, but his effort was smothered by Konstantinos Tzolakis, before substitute Mohamed-Ali Cho was denied at point-blank range late on by Martínez. The point leaves more questions for new manager Xabi Alonso, whose side were defensively all over the place during spells of the game. It meant Chelsea have not won any of their last five home games against newly-promoted sides in the top flight.

They've now also conceded two or more goals in all four of their opening league matches, something last seen in the 2015-16 season at Stamford Bridge, but the form of new signing Rogers will be one fewer headache -- having now scored or assisted in all four of his league appearances for the club.
