INDIANAPOLIS -- Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson showed he can still create magic in the team's new offense. On third-and-16 in the first quarter, Jackson escaped two Colts pass rushers and scrambled 16 yards for a first down in Baltimore's 41-23 win.

"It was just like, 'What just happened?'" Ravens defensive end Calais Campbell said. "How many people can actually do that? Not many." In his first season with offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, Jackson was under center 53% of the time, the highest of his nine-year career. He also changed his footwork to a left foot-forward stance. The result: Jackson threw for 324 yards and a touchdown, his first 300-yard, 40-rushing-yard game since October 2024.

"The best player in the league," Ravens running back Derrick Henry said. "He just keeps showing you." Jackson connected with Zay Flowers for 49 yards on the first play and Chris Moore for 53 yards in the fourth. However, Flowers (hamstring) and Ja'Kobi Lane (wrist) were injured and didn't play in the second half.
