Tiger Woods entered a plea of not guilty Tuesday to misdemeanor DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test, according to court documents. Attorney Douglas Duncan of West Palm Beach submitted the plea and demand for a jury trial in Martin County Circuit Court. Woods also waived his arraignment hearing.

Duncan represented Woods in a 2017 DUI case where Woods pleaded guilty to reckless driving after taking a bad mix of painkillers. This latest arrest stems from a rollover accident near Woods' Jupiter Island home Friday. The Martin County Sheriff's Department arrest affidavit details Woods telling authorities he was looking down at his cellphone and changing the radio station, causing him to miss a slowing truck hauling a trailer.

Woods' SUV rolled over, and he was found sweating profusely and moving lethargically during the investigation. The deputy noted Woods' eyes were bloodshot and glassy with extremely dilated pupils. Woods refused a blood test for other drugs but a deputy found hydrocodone pills in his pants pocket.

Woods was released on $1,000 bond Friday night.
