NFL Roster Moves & Free Agency Grades
The Minnesota Vikings addressed quarterback depth on Thursday, agreeing to a one-year contract with veteran Carson Wentz, adding an experienced arm to support their QB room during a pivotal season. This move comes as analysts continue to assess the broader free agency period, with evaluators identifying only sixteen total transactions—out of more than sixty signings and trades reviewed—that merited an 'A' grade for value and fit across the league according to recent rankings. Elsewhere in the league, the Washington Commanders are reportedly still targeting key positional upgrades at wide receiver, cornerback, and center as they aim to finalize their roster construction.
