Pittsburgh placed reliever Isaac Mattson on the 15-day IL with right hip inflammation and recalled Brandon Eisert in a corresponding move. Tampa Bay put shortstop Taylor Walls on the 10-day IL with a right hip flexor strain, with Mateo getting the start at short.
