The Yankees activated Aaron Judge Monday night, clearing the way for the three-time AL MVP's return against the Rockies on Tuesday after missing more than three weeks with a rib injury. Minnesota's Joe Ryan lasted just four innings in his return from the injured list, allowing three runs (two earned) while striking out seven in a loss to the Tigers. Milwaukee placed Grant Anderson on the 15-day IL with right biceps inflammation, recalling Brandon Sproat from Triple-A Nashville. The Dodgers held Shohei Ohtani out for a fourth consecutive game, though the club expects him back on Monday against the Reds.
