MML Capital has made a growth investment in Dalcour Maclaren (DM), a Bicester, UK-based consultancy specializing in land, planning, and environmental consents for major utilities and infrastructure projects. The capital will fund expansion across the UK and Ireland, support hiring through apprenticeship and graduate schemes, broaden service lines, and invest in technology and data capabilities. MML will also back selective acquisitions to add talent or client capabilities.

DM has created more than 250 new roles in the past 12 months amid strong organic growth. The firm has worked on high-profile projects including HS2, Sizewell C, the Gatwick Northern Runway expansion, Hornsea offshore wind farms, and the Great Grid Upgrade. DM is B Corp certified.

Mike Reynolds and David Collins of MML have joined DM's board, with a new chairperson expected soon.
