A key use case involves late check-ins, where Daisy verifies reservations and provides room entry instructions, potentially eliminating the need for an overnight front desk. Shariff estimates this could save properties $70,000 to $80,000 annually in markets like California. Dextr differentiates itself by deploying engineers directly with customers to customize agent integration with existing hotel systems, focusing on measurable ROI across multiple use cases rather than single-task automation.
