Apple has seeded the release candidate versions of watchOS 27, visionOS 27, and tvOS 27 to developers and public beta testers. These RCs represent the final versions of the updates, barring any last-minute bug discoveries during this testing round. Users can install them via the Software Update section in the Settings app on each device.

watchOS 27 introduces Siri AI, a smarter assistant capable of holding back-and-forth conversations and accessing general world knowledge and personal data. This feature requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later. The update also includes a Dynamic app grid that highlights suggested apps, a more intuitive Smart Stack, and enhanced features like finding your parked car, viewing pinned messages, noise alerts, and identity/transit cards. Liquid Glass has been updated for better legibility, and Workout Buddy now works without an iPhone nearby. A new all-in-one Find My app is also included.

visionOS 27 brings Siri AI to the Vision Pro, allowing it to answer questions about what the wearer is looking at. A new Siri orb can be placed anywhere in virtual space. Panorama photos can be transformed into spatial environments, and a new Icelandic Thórsmörk environment features mountains, glaciers, and the northern lights. Web Environment support lets developers create 360-degree environments in Safari. App windows are now curved for a more immersive workspace, and Control Center has been reorganized for easier access. A smaller widget size and auto-expanding notifications are also new.

tvOS 27 focuses on a redesigned Podcasts app, larger text options, and a more responsive Control Center. AirPlay from other Apple devices is faster, and apps and animations are smoother. Users can also view AppleCare coverage details directly in the Settings app.
