As noted by Mac Stories editor-in-chief Federico Viticci, Test Flight now shows recent betas by default again for all users. In July, Apple updated Test Flight with a search field for quickly finding apps that you are beta testing, but some users started to see their apps presented in alphabetical order. It is not entirely clear if this was a bug or an intentional change, but many users did not like it, and Test Flight version 4.3.1 reverses course.

The update with the fix is available in the App Store now. The search field remains.
