The Poco F9 Pro upgrades the F8 Pro with a faster Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series chipset, a 200MP main camera, and 6,330 mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, though at a higher price. The Poco F9 Ultra keeps the older chipset but adds an 8,050 mAh battery and a 200MP sensor, while retaining 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Compared to the older F8 Ultra, the new Pro offers a larger battery and wireless charging, but the old Ultra has a better GPU, a 6.9” screen, and a superior 5x telephoto module. The Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro provide mid‑range options: the base model uses a Dimensity 8500 Ultra with a 6.59” display and 67W wired charging, while the Pro features the flagship Dimensity 9500, a 6.83” display, 7,000 mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, and a 50MP 1/1.31” main sensor.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is now €556 cheaper, making it more affordable than the standard Z Fold8. The Ultra boasts a 200MP main camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 50MP ultra‑wide, whereas the regular Z Fold8 has a 50MP main and ultra‑wide only. The Z Flip8 also sees discounts, with a €590 reduction on the 512GB model, while the Z Fold8 gets a modest €70 off. The Galaxy S26 FE launched this week with a €100 Amazon Prime discount, but even then the 256GB S26+ is cheaper and offers more RAM, a superior 6.7” 1440p+ LTPO screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and USB‑C 3.2 connectivity, making the FE a tougher sell.
