Poco's F9 Ultra is a midrange phone packing flagship-level specifications, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a dizzying 185Hz refresh rate. The device also features Bose branding and 2.1-channel sound, though it won't be available in the US market. Instead, it highlights what Chinese phonemakers are bringing to the table, offering substantial specification bang-for-your-buck.

One standout feature is the massive 8,050mAh battery, which surpasses many flagship rivals, supporting up to 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Poco has integrated its own Vision Boost D8 chipset for AI-enhanced graphics and included Liquid Cool technology to reduce chip temperatures by up to three degrees Celsius.

The F9 Ultra also supports Poco's Wild Boost engine, capable of running 24 games at native 185 FPS. Camera-wise, it packs a 200-megapixel main camera, a 5x optical-zoom periscope telephoto, and a 50MP ultrawide. Pricing details are set to be announced at the global launch event, though Poco confirmed it will be priced under $800.
