Vinich MagSafe Wallet Review: Classic Look, 15+ Colors

I’ve been trying new MagSafe wallets that look like traditional wallets. Vinich’s MagSafe wallet is the latest. It comes in 15+ colors, looks like a traditional foldable wallet built to sit on the back of a leather iPhone case without clashing. It’s designed to look like an extension of your iPhone case.

MagSafe Monday: Every Monday, Bradley Chambers looks at the latest in MagSafe and wireless charging.

The manufacturer offers black, green, brown, purple, and countless other colors with a broken-in, aged look. Vinich also offers Desert Titanium, which goes well with that color iPhone if you opt for a caseless look.

Vinich lists three card slots and says you can fit three to five cards. There’s room to fold a bill or two. The card compartment is lined with RFID-blocking material, and the interior is microfiber. The magnets are strong enough.

Three things: First, this is synthetic leather, not real leather. It’s scratch-resistant with reinforced stitching. Vinich recommends conditioning every three to six months. Second, it can inch into the frame on wide-angle and macro shots. Third, it does not work as a stand.

Sub $25, the color range makes this worth a look. Most MagSafe wallets are built to disappear. This one is built to go with something. You can buy the Vinich MagSafe wallet from Amazon or directly from Vinich.
