Spanish miner Abenojar Tungsten SA is considering an initial public offering in London this year, driven by Europe’s efforts to secure its own supply of the critical metal, according to people familiar with the matter. The company is working with Bank of Montreal, Deutsche Bank AG and Peel Hunt Ltd. on the deal, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private matters.
