Igor Tudor has left Tottenham Hotspur by mutual consent after a disastrous seven-game spell as interim manager. The former Marseille coach took over from Thomas Frank in March 2025 but managed just one win, five losses and a draw across all competitions. His 14.3% win rate is the worst among Tottenham managers since 2014.

Tudor's brief tenure saw Spurs earn an average of just 0.2 points per Premier League game - ten times fewer than Ryan Mason achieved during his own short spells in charge. While seven games is a limited sample, even Mason's two temporary stints produced win percentages of 57.1% and 33.3% respectively. Mauricio Pochettino's 54.3% win rate during his longer tenure now looks even more impressive by comparison.

With Tudor's departure, Tottenham must now decide on their next permanent manager. The club's hierarchy will need to address why they've struggled to maintain consistency since Pochettino's exit, with Frank and Tudor both failing to reverse the team's Premier League decline.
