At the time of his death, Radvinsky's net worth had grown to $4.7 billion, more than doubling since 2021. Reports indicated he was personally earning nearly $2 million per day in 2024 from the platform. OnlyFans was reportedly in talks for an $8 billion sale when he died. Radvinsky was famously secretive, avoiding interviews despite his massive wealth.

His business history includes controversy beyond OnlyFans. Radvinsky founded MyFreeCams in 2004 while in college, which faced multiple scandals. He also created Cybertania, a site linking to pornographic content, some allegedly involving illegal material. Court records show he held domain names like 'websyoungest.com' until 2014. Radvinsky had been sued multiple times for spamming and impersonating companies like Microsoft and Amazon to drive traffic to his sites, with all cases settled out of court.
