Granite Creek Capital Partners has made an undisclosed investment in Climalock, a Warsaw, Missouri-based provider of insulation panel systems for aboveground storage tanks. As part of the deal, Granite Creek appointed Mitch Poindexter as CEO. Poindexter brings over 25 years of C-suite experience, most recently as senior vice president of power/grid development at CAM Integrated Solutions. Climalock designs, manufactures, and installs insulation solutions for temperature control, product preservation, and energy efficiency across agricultural, data center, fire protection, water and wastewater, bioenergy, and chemical storage markets in the US and Canada. The company partners with tank manufacturers, general contractors, and engineering firms.

Pete Pacelli, managing director at Granite Creek, said Climalock has built a strong reputation for quality and service over more than a decade in a growing market. He noted Poindexter's end-market expertise and technical background make him the right leader to expand that foundation. The investment aligns with Granite Creek's agribusiness strategy focused on improving productivity, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening rural communities. Founded in 2005, Granite Creek is a Chicago-based private investment firm providing growth capital to lower middle-market companies across agribusiness, business services, manufacturing, healthcare, and aerospace and defense.
