Prime Source Brands, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired JACLO Industries, a Cranford, New Jersey-based decorative bath and plumbing products business, for undisclosed terms. The deal marks Prime Source's 12th acquisition since Clearlake backed the company in December 2020. JACLO will join Prime Source's Dimora Brands platform, which includes Top Knobs, Hardware Resources, Atlas Homewares, Watermark Designs and Water Street Brass.

Founded in 1901, JACLO operates two brands covering shower systems, faucets, grab bars, decorative drains and bath accessories in more than 35 coordinated finishes, while the Durst brand supplies valves, fittings and plumbing components to wholesalers and the professional trade. The company serves decorative plumbing showrooms, wholesalers and home improvement retailers across North America. "Our investment in JACLO reflects our continued commitment to strategic, value-creating M&A that enhances Prime Source's market position and broadens our addressable market in specialty building products," said José E. Feliciano and Colin Leonard at Clearlake.

Prime Source provides specialty branded building products through 64 sites in 26 states and two countries, serving more than 56,000 customer locations with over 100,000 SKUs.
