Hyperkin announced that new colors of the SupaBoy Portable Retro Gaming Console are available for pre-order now, with the US and EU release date set for October 28, 2026. The limited-edition SupaBoy Crimson and SupaBoy Prime feature translucent finishes.

The SupaBoy delivers authentic 16-bit gaming with real physical media. No emulation, ROMs, sign-ins, or firmware updates. Its built-in cartridge slot is fully compatible with original Super Nintendo and Super Famicom cartridges across PAL, NTSC, and JP regions.

Key features include a 4.3" IPS screen, up to 10 hours of battery life, AV output for TV play, dual front-facing controller ports, and nostalgic collector styling. SupaBoy Crimson is inspired by the original Japanese Famicom, while SupaBoy Prime echoes the Japanese and European Super Famicom design.

Both models replace current SupaBoy models and are available for pre-order on the Hyperkin Store. Shipping is expected October 28 with an MSRP of $129.99 / €129.99 / £119.99.
