EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants were in their final training camp practice. It was their 20th camp practice in 29 days across three states. It would have been easy for quarterback Jaxson Dart & Co. to go through the motions. But under new coach John Harbaugh, it's all football, all the time.

On the 37th of 87 live reps, Dart was pressured by Abdul Carter. He sprinted right, eluded the linebacker, and while at top speed, heaved a 50-yard pass submarine-style to Darnell Mooney for a 40-yard gain. Dart rolled over twice but got up as if nothing happened.

This is what Dart brings: special plays from unique angles. It's why the Giants traded up for him in the first round and why Harbaugh chose the Giants over the Titans and Falcons. They believe with refinement, Dart can become one of the league's best.

Dart's opposing quarterback this week, Matthew Stafford of the Los Angeles Rams, is also known for altering arm angles. Stafford has three Pro Bowls, an NFL MVP, and a Super Bowl win.
