Owner/CEO Greg Penner emphasized the goal of raising expectations to win championships, confident the facility won't make players too comfortable. President Damani Leech praised the design, which includes a "player path" to eliminate the need to cross parking lots or practice fields, especially in snowy weather.

The building is 30% larger than the old complex and houses a peak workforce of 450 people. Black spruce timbers from Chibougamau, Quebec, feature prominently on the exterior and top floor. The facility is seen as a major step in making the Broncos a top destination for players and coaches.
