Using 30 previous NBA teams with high-usage stars, we examine where this 76ers squad lands. The 2021-22 Los Angeles Lakers rank No. 1 with a 146% aggregate usage among top-five players, yet stumbled to 33-49. Of the 30 teams, only 16 reached the second round, and four won titles.

The 76ers' top five (James, Maxey, Brown, Embiid, VJ Edgecombe) combine for 134% usage, tied with two Le Bron teams: the 2010-11 Miami Heat (lost Finals) and 2012-13 squad (won title). Le Bron has been on 13 of the 30 teams and three of the four champions. Can Philadelphia avoid the typical pitfalls?
