High school player rankings are snapshots taken in an environment that is not always standardized. The result is a ranking we know can change once players reach college. The college game is a more streamlined environment with better statistical analysis. This exercise reranks the SC Next class of 2024 after two years of college basketball.

UConn forward Sarah Strong remains at No. 1. She helped win a national championship as a freshman before sweeping the Naismith, Wooden, Wade and AP national player of the year awards as a sophomore. Mikayla Blakes of Vanderbilt rose to No. 2 from No. 8, averaging 27 points and 4.5 assists last season. Joyce Edwards of South Carolina holds at No. 3, averaging 19.8 points and 6.3 rebounds.

Jaloni Cambridge of Ohio State dropped from No. 2 to No. 4 despite averaging 23.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.4 assists. Liv Mc Gill of Oklahoma State moved up to No. 5 from No. 15. The top 15 looks different from the original, but Strong remains the top player.
