Main Capital Partners has exited FleetGO, a pan-European logistics software provider, selling the company to Aptean, a provider of industry-specific enterprise software. Main first invested in FleetGO in 2022, backing its transition from a specialized telematics provider into an AI-enabled, end-to-end logistics software platform for mid-market road logistics companies across Europe. Headquartered in Hattem, the Netherlands, FleetGO now employs more than 250 people across nine European offices and serves over 8,100 SME and enterprise customers.

Under Main’s ownership, FleetGO pursued a buy-and-build strategy comprising six add-on acquisitions. Eurotracs, acquired in 2023, added a transport management system to FleetGO’s telematics offering, while Data2Track, acquired in 2024, contributed fleet analytics, time registration and a driver app. FleetGO later added vertical-specific tools through the acquisitions of Score Trace in 2025, aimed at the tipper market, and Dream Tec in 2026, targeting fuel transport. Aptean, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, said the deal expands its transportation management capabilities and strengthens its European supply chain management offering.

This transaction marks Main’s 39th exit overall, its second exit this year, and its eighth in the DACH region.
