Hg has agreed to a majority investment in Enter Softone (ES1), a Greek ERP and business software provider, valuing the company at around €1 billion. This marks Hg's first investment in Greece. Headquartered in Athens and formed in 2025 through the merger of Entersoft and Softone, ES1 operates in Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus, serving over 90,000 clients. The firm is a category leader in ERP and digital invoicing in Greece, benefiting from mandatory B2B e-invoicing and EU 'VAT in the Digital Age' reforms. Hg plans to drive value through cloud transition, product innovation, and regional expansion, supported by its AI incubator, Hg Catalyst. Existing shareholders Olympia Group and Imker Group will reinvest alongside management. "This investment reflects our confidence in the Greek market," said Alexandre Flavier, partner at Hg.

Separately, Elvaston has invested in Data Consult, a Polish warehouse management systems company based in Kraków, marking Elvaston's first deal in Poland. With over 20 years of experience, Data Consult serves mid-sized and large enterprises with its Expert WMS suite. Elvaston cited the firm's strong market position and Poland's dynamic software and logistics landscape. Additionally, Sandberg Capital acquired a majority stake in Carrot, a digital B2B platform for vehicle auctions, marking Sandberg's first Polish investment via its second fund. Main Capital Partners also acquired Qbees, a German managed IT services provider for the financial sector.
