Ferghana Investment Partners has hired Will Callahan as senior managing director and Katie Marshall as managing director. Callahan joins from TZP Group, where he was a partner leading platform investments in residential and facilities services. He has 19 years of industry experience and previously held roles at Comvest Partners, Technology Crossover Ventures and Citigroup.

Marshall also has 19 years of experience, all at PNC Business Credit, where she was most recently senior vice president of originations. At Ferghana, she will focus on investment origination and evaluation, particularly in the Midwest and Sun Belt regions. Callahan will work on investment origination and execution, drawing on his background in residential and facilities services deals.

Their additions give Ferghana the ability to originate quality investment opportunities across the country at a much larger scale, in industries and regions often overlooked by other capital providers. Ferghana launched earlier this year with backing from New Catalyst Strategic Partners and invests at the intersection of credit and structured equity. The firm has closed multiple investments since launch, most recently in July.
