Amulet Capital Partners has promoted Sam Brinkley to partner, effective immediately. Brinkley joined the firm in 2020 as a vice president and was promoted to principal in 2024, playing a leading role in numerous investments across Amulet's portfolio, including US Fertility, Genetics & IVF Institute, and TFP Fertility Group.

He has supported the firm's strategic initiatives across the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and working with management teams on long-term priorities. "Since joining Amulet, Sam has been an important member of our investment team and has worked closely with our partner and portfolio companies to drive key growth and operational priorities," said Ramsey Frank, CEO of Amulet.

Before joining Amulet, Brinkley was an investment associate with The Riverside Company. Earlier in his career, he worked at Black Arch Partners, a middle-market investment bank focused on sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from Williams College.
