CVC has hired GIC executive Floortje Brouwers to build a new infrastructure debt platform, Infrastructure Investor has learned.

Brouwers will lead the manager’s plans to launch an infrastructure debt strategy amid rising demand for the asset class. The appointment positions CVC to expand its infrastructure offering as investors seek greater exposure to debt.

The move comes as the market sees continued activity across infrastructure fundraising, investments and senior hires. Related developments include departures at Stonepeak, Hesta and APG, as well as appointments at Campbell Lutyens, Mubadala and GIP.
