The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra (SM-X940) appeared on Geekbench 7, confirming its Dimensity 9500 chipset. The benchmark reveals a Prime CPU core clocked at 4.21GHz, matching the standard Dimensity 9500 rather than the plus variant. The tablet features 12GB of RAM, aligning with Samsung's typical configuration where 16GB is reserved for rare high-storage models.

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Tab S12+ in September. The Ultra will sport a 14.6-inch display, while the Plus model will have a 12.4-inch screen. Pricing starts at $1,200 for the 256GB Tab S12+ and $1,400 for the 256GB Tab S12 Ultra, with 5G available as a $150 upgrade.
