Apple TV kicks off fall with several high-profile premieres in September, including a Ryan Reynolds film, the return of Slow Horses, a Matthew McConaughey comedy series, and more.

On September 4, the action-comedy “Mayday” stars Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh. In this genre-bending spy thriller, a US Navy pilot stranded behind enemy lines forms an unlikely alliance with an ex-KGB agent.

September 9 brings the thriller “Last Seen,” following a detective who receives a call from a girl he believes is his missing daughter. “Slow Horses” returns for season 6 on September 16, with Sir Gary Oldman leading the espionage drama.

On September 23, “Brothers” premieres, a comedy starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as friends who discover they might be brothers. The month also features the return of docuseries “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars,” with new episodes of “Silo,” “Ted Lasso,” and “Dark Matter” continuing throughout the month.
