The squeeze in US gasoline markets is showing little sign of easing even as sky-high pump prices begin to eat into demand. As American drivers head into Labor Day weekend, the holiday that marks the end of what's known as peak summer driving season, gasoline prices are likely to remain elevated through the end of the year.
