Campbell's Shares Slump on Sales Drop, Dividend Cut

Campbell's Co. shares slumped after the packaged food and snack maker posted its fourth straight quarterly sales decline, cut its dividend, and unveiled a cost-savings plan. The stock fell as much as 10% in New York, adding to a 15% decline so far this year as of Wednesday's close. Fiscal fourth-quarter sales fell 8% to $2.13 billion, in line with estimates.

Campbell's said it expects sales to fall between 2% and 4% in fiscal 2027.
