European gas prices are on track for a weekly loss of more than 5%, pressured by hopes for diplomatic progress toward ending the Middle East war and mild seasonal temperatures that continue to delay heating demand. Still, while European Union officials say gas supplies to the region remain stable, storage concerns remain in focus. U.S. natural gas futures fell, giving back some of the previous session’s hefty gains that were largely due to an interruption on a TC Energy pipeline in West Virginia.
