Quad-C Management has hired former Graham Partners operating partner Dan Soroka as managing director, portfolio optimization – supply chain. Soroka was most recently senior operating partner, supply chain and real estate at Graham Partners.

At Quad-C, Soroka will work with portfolio company management teams to identify and implement value-creation initiatives focused on supply chain, procurement, real estate and operational improvements. He brings more than 30 years of experience in purchasing, Six Sigma quality, operations and real estate, including leadership of global teams in domestic and international settings.

Before joining Graham Partners, Soroka was a director at Ingersoll Rand, now Trane Technologies, where he focused on global indirect spend and real estate. He led strategic sourcing integration after Ingersoll Rand’s acquisition of Trane to capture procurement synergies. He previously served as a general manager in Delta Air Lines’ sourcing division and held supply chain and operations roles at General Electric.
