Aspen Pumps, backed by Inflexion, has completed the acquisition of three businesses: Henry Group Industries, a global refrigeration components manufacturer; Rubber Green, a Belgian manufacturer of rubber mounting products for the air conditioning and refrigeration market; and Forming Tubing, a Brazilian refrigeration components maker. These deals deepen Aspen’s refrigeration expertise, expand manufacturing capabilities, and extend its global footprint, marking its first operational presence in South America. Since 2024, Aspen has completed 10 acquisitions with a combined enterprise value of close to £400 million ($528 million; €470 million).
The acquisitions have taken the company into new geographies including the US, Brazil, and Malaysia, and into new product categories such as refrigeration. Inflexion first backed Aspen in 2007 and reinvested in 2020, citing a proven track record in identifying and integrating high-quality businesses. Malcolm Coffin, partner at Inflexion and board director at Aspen, stated that M&A is central to backing Aspen’s growth and that further acquisitions are expected as the company continues its impressive growth journey.
