Braskem SA said talks with creditors have intensified but have yet to produce an agreement, with a deadline on a court-ordered shield from enforcement actions set to expire in just three days. The Brazilian petrochemicals giant said it has received indicative, non-binding proposals from creditor groups for a potential restructuring.

The proposals include options that contemplate a capital injection and the granting of security interests over assets as collateral, according to a filing late Thursday. The proposals remain under review, the company said.
