The ambidextrous, 49 g Razer Viper V4 Pro debuts the latest Focus Pro 50K Gen-3 sensor along with Razer's improved HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2, lowering latency and improving reliability, and providing up to 180 hours of battery life. The main buttons are outfitted with Razer Gen-4 optical switches, the scroll wheel encoder is optical, and 8000 Hz polling is supported in both wired and wireless operation.

Founded in 1998, Razer is a US-based peripherals and gaming equipment company. The Viper V4 Pro improves on the Viper V3 Pro in many ways. The Focus Pro 50K Gen-3 capable of 50,000 CPI is fundamentally new, with two major advancements: Frame Sync, which refines Motion Sync by including sensor framerate in synchronization, and vastly improved jitter handling at higher CPI steps.

The main switches are still Razer's Optical Mouse Switches Gen-4, and the scroll wheel utilizes an optical encoder. The Viper V4 Pro has been revised with a different MCU and further improvements to latency and efficiency. As a result, it manages a cited battery life of up to 180 hours at 1000 Hz and up to 45 hours at 8000 Hz.

Further improvements to the structural design allow the Viper V4 Pro to weigh only 49 g, which is 4 g less than the Viper V3 Pro. It is the first Razer mouse compatible with Synapse Web, along with Synapse 4. Specifications include a size of 127.1 mm × 63.9 mm × 39.9 mm, weight of 49 g, and price of $159.99.
