Apple Creator Studio's latest updates add selection tools to Pixelmator Pro for iPad, new editing options for iPhone 18 Pro video, and changes across its productivity apps.

Pixelmator Pro for iPad now has Select and Mask controls for refining selections around difficult edges, such as hair and fur. On Mac and iPad, the app also gains sports, business, and podcast artwork templates.

Final Cut Pro and Motion on Mac can apply Cinematic mode effects to video captured natively on iPhone 18 Pro. In Final Cut Pro, editors can change focus points and depth of field directly in the timeline. Compressor can convert footage with the new Cinematic mode effects to the previous Cinematic mode format, and adds HEVC and MPEG-4 export presets for social media.

Subscribers also get new templates and themes in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. Keynote's Apple Intelligence-powered slide generation can now create images. All three iWork apps let users request access to shared files. Pages for Mac adds Screen View, Numbers gains trigonometry and logic functions. Freeform boards adapt to Dark Mode. Apple Creator Studio costs $12.99 per month or $129 per year, with education pricing at $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year.
