The TechPowerUp review of the MINISFORUM M1 Pro highlights a mini-PC that punches far above its weight class. At its core is Intel's latest Core Ultra processor, providing serious desktop-level performance in an incredibly compact form factor. However, the standout features are its connectivity and expandability.
The inclusion of dual USB4 ports offers high-speed data and display versatility, while the rare OCuLink connection is a game-changer for enthusiasts. This port allows users to attach an external GPU enclosure, transforming the tiny PC into a potent gaming or workstation machine. This combination makes the M1 Pro a uniquely flexible device, bridging the gap between standard ultracompact systems and full-sized desktops.
For users needing a small footprint without sacrificing future upgrade potential or raw power, this review suggests the M1 Pro is a top-tier contender in the mini-PC market.
