Windows 11 Pro Deal Cuts License Cost to $10

StackSocial is selling a lifetime Windows 11 Pro license for $9.97 during its Prime Day-style sale, down from a listed $199 price. The deal runs until June 28 at 11:59 p.m. PT and targets PCs that still need to leave Windows 10, which the source says no longer receives security patches.

The Pro edition adds tools that Home leaves out: BitLocker drive encryption, Windows Sandbox for opening untrusted files in isolation, Hyper-V for virtual machines, Azure AD for managed sign-ins, and TPM 2.0 with biometric login support. Those tools matter most for users who want stronger device control without buying business hardware.

Buyers should treat the deal as a low-cost upgrade path, not a blanket fix. The license is for one PC, is non-transferable, works on desktop only, and requires Microsoft's PC Health Check to confirm Windows 11 compatibility. It also excludes Microsoft Office and must be redeemed within 30 days.
