Thrustmaster unveiled the T.Flight Hotas 5 Microsoft Flight Simulator Edition, a dedicated HOTAS for PS5, PS4 and PC. The controller carries the official Microsoft Flight Simulator branding in a white‑blue‑black scheme and mirrors the layout of a PS5 gamepad. It targets pilots who want realistic control as they fly Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

The stick offers five axes, including a Z‑axis, and 14 programmable buttons, a rapid‑fire trigger and a hat switch for precise 16‑bit input. Users can tweak stick resistance and throttle position, while a detachable throttle and weighted base let them switch between couch‑level lap play and desk‑mount setups. Plug‑and‑Play ensures instant recognition on all platforms.

An ergonomic grip widens for comfort, and a dual‑rudder system can be engaged by twisting the stick or tilting a progressive lever, giving pilots finer yaw control. The unit pairs with Thrustmaster’s TFRP rudder pedals, which use S.M.A.R.T. rail technology for smoother pedal travel, extending the immersion envelope.

The HOTAS hits stores on June 12 with a suggested retail price of $109.99 (≈ €99.99/£89.99). By bundling a dedicated flight controller with the latest simulator, Thrustmaster strengthens its long‑standing partnership with Microsoft and gives casual gamers a more authentic entry point into virtual aviation.
